General Refund Policy

Community Access / Subscription Fees
Community access and subscription fees provide immediate access to educational resources, community spaces, and related materials.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun

Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current or past billing period
This approach is standard for subscription-based access and helps keep pricing consistent and transparent.
One-Time Fees (Including ISBN Fees)
Certain one-time administrative fees may be charged, such as fees related to ISBN issuance for specific formats.

One-time fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered

ISBN fees are non-refundable once an ISBN has been issued, as registration is permanent and cannot be reversed
These fees cover administrative and registration costs and are not publishing or access fees.
Professional Services
Professional services (including editing, formatting, cover design, website support, and consulting) are scoped individually before work begins.

No refunds are available once work has started

If a service has been paid for but work has not yet begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion

Partial refunds may be considered only for clearly uncompleted portions of a defined scope, at our discretion
Completed work, delivered files, or time already spent are not refundable.
